Taking African Blessings to new heights
Our Focus Areas
Jochebed Childrens Village
Every child needs a warm and loving place to call home. Jochebed Children's Village provides exactly that for abandoned and orphaned* children who otherwise would not have the support system every child needs and wants.
Early Learning Centre
We offer preschool education to the children at African Blessings during their formative years. The aim is to provide our children with quality learning, development and wellbeing outcomes and raise confident children and future leaders.
Food Gardens
Our flourishing African Blessings food gardens currently feed around 1500 people, providing food for widows, orphans, elderly citizens, disabled citizens and some of the poverty stricken communities in the area.
Community Critter Care
This outreach is making a huge difference in the lives of the domestic animals (AND their humans) that we assist and provides for basic medical care, dipping, de-worming, feeding, sterilization and animal care education.
Horses and Donkeys
The African Blessings farm is home to a number of previously unwanted, abused or neglected horses and donkeys. Here, these wonderful creatures are showered with care and love and have been provided with a second chance to thrive in their forever home.
African Hive Apiary
Our bee farming project at African Blessings is underway. We respect the bees that live here and understand just how crucial their existence is within our ecology. It is our responsibility to nurture and care for them as they are establishing themselves in our hives.
